Introduction

This DMCA Policy sets out how YouViews handles copyright complaints, counter-notifications and related intellectual property matters across youviews.com, including its website pages, checkout process, free channel analyzer and YouTube growth services.

YouViews supports the rights of creators, artists, brands and rights holders. We review valid notices carefully and act on them fairly, in line with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where it applies.

Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which cover the wider rules of using YouViews and how personal data is handled.

Our Commitment to Copyright

YouViews has no interest in hosting, promoting or earning from content that copies someone else’s creative work without permission. Customers, partners and contributors are expected to respect copyrights, trademarks and related rights whenever they use the platform.

If you believe something connected to YouViews infringes your copyright, you can send a notice using the steps below. If you believe material was removed or a service was paused by mistake, you can respond with a counter-notification.

Complete, good-faith notices help us resolve claims quickly and avoid disrupting creators who are using YouViews legitimately to grow their YouTube channels.

What Content YouViews Hosts

YouViews is a service and delivery platform for YouTube growth, not a video hosting site or an open user-generated content platform. Most of what appears on youviews.com is our own material: service pages, blog articles, guides, checkout pages and support communications.

To complete an order, customers share limited information, such as a YouTube channel handle, a public channel or video link, and optional custom comment text. YouViews never asks for YouTube passwords or account access.

YouViews does not host, upload or claim ownership of any YouTube videos. Channels, videos and engagement on YouTube remain subject to YouTube’s own Terms of Service and copyright policies. If you believe a video on YouTube infringes your rights, you should also report it to YouTube directly, because only YouTube can remove content from its platform.

Material connected to YouViews includes:

  • Service and help pages describing YouTube views, subscribers, likes, watch hours, comments, shares, comment likes and live stream views.
  • Blog articles, images, graphics and other content published on youviews.com.
  • Order and payment records, and customer support conversations.
  • Channel links, video links and custom comment text that customers submit to fulfill an order.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on YouViews without authorization, send a DMCA notice to our designated contact, including the information listed in the next section.

Your notice should point to the exact page on youviews.com, or the YouTube link connected to an order, where the material appears. It should describe the original work you own and explain why you believe the use is not authorized.

If you believe a YouTube video linked to a YouViews order infringes your copyright, we will pause any active or future services for that content while your notice is reviewed.

For questions that are not about copyright, please use Contact Us instead, so your message reaches the right team.

Required DMCA Notice Information

A complete notice helps us review your claim without delay. Notices that are missing any of the following may take longer to process:

  • Your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name is generally accepted for notices sent by email.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as page URLs, YouTube links, screenshots or an order reference.
  • Your contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.

If you are not sure whether your situation counts as copyright infringement, you may want to speak with a qualified lawyer before sending a formal notice.

Counter-Notification Process

If YouViews removes or disables material, or pauses a service, after receiving a copyright notice, and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification should include your signature, a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Once we receive a complete counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who filed the original notice. If they do not inform us within the legally applicable period that they have started court proceedings, we may restore the material or resume the service.

Repeat Infringer Policy

YouViews may restrict, suspend or close accounts, and decline future orders, for customers who are found to be repeat infringers, in line with applicable law and our Terms of Service.

We may also act when we see signs of abuse, such as bad-faith complaints, fraudulent chargebacks or attempts to use the copyright process against legitimate customers.

Good Faith Requirement

Copyright notices and counter-notifications should only be submitted in good faith. Misusing the DMCA process can harm innocent people and may have legal consequences.

YouViews checks submissions for completeness and credibility, but we cannot decide complex ownership disputes. Where ownership is unclear, the parties involved may need to resolve the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

False Claim Warning

Knowingly sending a false or materially misleading notice or counter-notification may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees in some jurisdictions.

Please do not use the DMCA process for competitor disputes, refund requests or complaints about an order. Those are handled through our support team and Refund Policy.

DMCA notices are for copyright matters only. Questions about delivery, billing or your account should go through Contact Us, with your order reference.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge complete DMCA notices quickly and take appropriate action within a reasonable time, depending on the complexity of the claim and the information provided.

Notices that are incomplete, include unclear links or need further verification may take longer. We may contact you for more details before acting.

Counter-notifications are handled according to the applicable legal timelines.
